




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst to provide first-level support, manage incidents and requests, and ensure operational continuity of systems. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to escalate advanced cases to the technical team A leading Technology Solutions and Outsourcing Services company requires a Junior Application Support Analyst for its team. Main Job Objective Provide first-level support for the company’s applications, manage basic incidents and requests, ensure system operational continuity, and timely escalate cases requiring advanced technical analysis. Register, classify, and manage incidents and requests in the help desk tool. Provide first-level user support for the company’s applications. Perform basic system validations for initial incident diagnosis. Execute basic database queries for information verification (where applicable). Timely escalate cases requiring technical analysis to the Level 2 (MID) team. Follow up on incidents until closure. Document basic solutions and procedures. Support simple functional testing when required. Assist users in using applications. Meet defined response times (SLA). Requirements: Academic: Technical, technological, or final-semester student in Systems Engineering or related fields. Additional Knowledge: Basic knowledge of enterprise applications. Ticket registration and management. SQL. Help desk tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.). Basic/intermediate Excel. Basic operating system knowledge. Basic concepts of enterprise applications.
