Utilize advanced AI/ML knowledge in business use cases. **Job responsibilities:** * Collect and integrate data to develop a comprehensive understanding of business performance. * Analyze and interpret large datasets to identifying key trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support decision\-making. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs, objectives, and KPIs. Ensure that analytical initiatives align with business goals and support cross\-functional objectives. * Design and develop impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using different tools to communicate business insights. * Provide actionable insights to business leaders to guide business decisions related to strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvements. * Track and report on KPIs ensuring that data reflects progress toward strategic goals and enabling ongoing performance. * Collaboration with Cross\-Functional Teams. * Leverage historical data and industry insights to forecast future trends and business outcomes. * Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data tasks, streamline workflows, and improve reporting and analysis processes. **Requirements:** * 3 years experience in a data analysis role. * Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. * English Advance (written and spoken) * Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Excel, Power Point or similar. * Strong knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to business use cases * Expertise in quantitative analysis. * Strong communication skills * Results\-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects. * Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines **Benefits:** 3 days of home office, flexible schedule, flexilbe fridays, medical and life insurance, annual bonus, 6 additional days off and an annual wellness benefit.
