Manage payroll processing with accuracy and compliance Design and maintain management dashboards and KPIs for decision-making Build productivity models to track operational performance Automate processes using AI, RPA, and Business Intelligence tools Propose and implement continuous improvements with real impact on operations Our ideal candidate Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Systems, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, including payroll processing for over 1,000 employees Experience in the logistics and transportation sector (a big plus!)
