Responsibilities: \- Room preparation: cleaning and disinfection of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. \- Guest reception \- Customer issue handling and resolution \- Operation of laundry equipment \- Inspection and reporting of guest-forgotten items in rooms. \- Collection of linens and towels from rooms. \- Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of floor areas, guest rooms, and public areas of the hotel. \-. Providing laundry services to guests and hotel linens. \- Receiving guests and performing hotel registration.
