This includes component-level hardware repair, cleaning and adjustment of mechanical components, and software configuration and installation. * Preventive maintenance: Perform routine checks according to documented preventive maintenance procedures and refill consumables as instructed. * IMAC/R: Perform installation, movement, addition, change, and removal of hardware and software products and components as instructed. * Customer training: Instruct and train customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software. * Task processing: Receive information about incidents and service requests from the dispatch function. Report all unexpected issues to the dispatch function. Provide detailed reports of all activities performed. Proactively inform customers about actions taken. * Continuous improvement process: Constantly observe technical or process-related issues, proactively report potential problems, and offer improvement suggestions when possible. * Actively use corporate tools and processes for knowledge sharing, for example, the knowledge base to find and contribute solutions. * Training: Participate regularly in hardware and software training courses (on-the-job, classroom, and web-based) according to the company's training concept and obtain certification upon passing the relevant exams. * 1\-2 years of experience in any type of preventive and/or corrective maintenance. * **Must have a motorcycle** * Ability to lift and move heavy loads, stand for most of the day, climb, bend, and stoop while working with equipment. * Exceptional customer service skills are required. * Ability to organize and inventory parts and tools.
