Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and maintain automatic packaging, sealing, and baling machines. 2. Ensure packaging quality and compliance with standards. 3. Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. We are looking for a Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team. As an Industrial Packaging Machine Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the operation, monitoring, and autonomous maintenance of our automatic packaging, sealing, and baling machines. This role is critical to ensuring we meet the needs of our sales and distribution departments while consistently maintaining the highest quality standards. Inspect horizontal and vertical seals on packages. Identify and report packaging material defects to the supervisor. Perform equipment changeovers following supervisor instructions. Maintain machines in optimal cleanliness and operational condition. Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Comply with company policies and regulations. Requirements: Technical education in industrial fields, electricity, mechanical engineering, or related areas. Prior experience operating automatic packaging machines. Knowledge of machinery maintenance processes. Ability to work effectively in a team. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
