Job Summary: We are seeking a Route Supervisor to ensure proper route execution, accompany field staff, and guarantee compliance with operational KPIs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure route execution and audit customer deliveries. 2. Coordinate training and communication with the commercial team. 3. Provide operational support and ensure delivery safety. Ensure proper route execution by accompanying field staff, auditing customer deliveries, and guaranteeing compliance with operational KPIs. What will you do? Supervise and audit route execution, accompany operational staff in the field. Monitor and justify overtime hours. Coordinate training and communication with the commercial team. Ensure safety and compliance in customer deliveries. Provide operational support (staff replacements and weekend shifts). What are we looking for? Technical degree in administrative, logistics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as a route supervisor. Availability for fieldwork. Personal motorcycle (mandatory). Schedule Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Saturday availability if operationally required. Flexible schedule: Start time from 6:00 a.m. or from 1:00 p.m. (depending on route accompaniment). What do we offer? Salary: $2,300,000 Transportation allowance: $190,000 Contract type: Project-based or labor contract (temporary), with potential for direct conversion.
