Position Objective Plan, organize, and oversee the processes, projects, and programs of the Human Talent area, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, current labor regulations, and the company’s strategic objectives. Requirements Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. Solid knowledge of Colombian labor legislation, payroll, and social security. Leadership, planning, and communication skills. A motorcycle and up-to-date documentation are mandatory. Experience in transportation or logistics sector companies. Benefits: Contract: Indefinite term (directly with the company). Salary: COP 2,784,000 + legal transportation allowance Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekend availability as needed—remote or on-site.
