As a production assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to textile production, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage of the process. · Responsibilities: · - Operate specialized machinery and equipment for textile production. - Perform cutting, sewing, and assembly tasks for textile components. - Inspect and ensure product quality at each stage of the production process. - Maintain a safe and clean working environment. - Follow instructions provided by the production supervisor. - Actively contribute to continuous improvement of production processes. · Requirements: · - Prior experience in the textile industry, preferably as a production assistant. - Knowledge and skills in operating textile machinery and tools. - Ability to follow precise instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards. - Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit. - Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. · Schedule: Monday to Saturday, three shifts (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM); holidays and two Sundays per month are worked + overtime Minimum Legal Salary (Paid biweekly) Direct contract with the company. -Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education years of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, production, produce, fabrication, manufacturing, elaboration, making, manufacturing, production
