Join Bomi Group UPS Healthcare as a Transportation Analyst and contribute to the success of our logistics operations. Position: Transportation Analyst (Customer Service Clerk) Location: Logistics Terminals in Colombia (Siberia - Cota) – On-site Role Profile and Responsibilities: Ensure appropriate communication with customers by responding to their inquiries and addressing administrative requirements. Work closely with the Transportation Coordinator. Generate a daily report tracking customer observations/anomalies. Report any irregularities or observations raised by customers to the Transportation Coordinator. Update and verify order and goods status for customer information. Generate a daily report summarizing monthly information along with observations. Coordinate return logistics, pickups, and goods handling (post-picking); track until returned or picked-up goods are entered into inventory and properly located. Report to customers on the status of goods entry, dispatch, and returns pickup; send supporting documents; record delivery and receipt dates of completed items in the information system. Update the system and generate reports requested by customers. File documents. Print dispatch notes, review observations, and adjust them upon customer authorization. Print picking lists.
