This position will be based in Bogotá – El Dorado. This is an on-site role requiring work at the client’s office. This position is part of a team of 11 professionals supporting risk management for public-sector clients. The role is operational and combines technical risk analysis with commercial skills for direct client engagement. You will be responsible for: * Conducting detailed analyses of public-sector clients’ assets and risks, with specialization in general or life insurance depending on the profile. * Developing reports using tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel, with strong writing and documentary analysis skills. * Maintaining assertive communication and effectively managing difficult clients, adapting to changing requirements and workload peaks. * Supporting advisory services and analysis of insurance programs, with willingness to travel nationally to other client facilities. Requirements: * Industrial Engineering or Business Administration degree with specialization in Risk and Insurance. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Risk Analyst in the public sector, supported by employment certificates. * Technical knowledge of the insurance industry and basic technical English proficiency. * Full on-site availability at CAN, Bogotá, and flexibility in working hours. Preferred Qualifications: * Specific experience in general or life insurance, depending on the required profile. * Developed commercial skills for managing institutional client relationships. * Proficiency in presentation tools and reporting software.
