Job Summary: We are seeking a Male Psychologist to identify social issues and design strategies to transform the reality of children, adolescents, youth, and vulnerable families. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design of social action strategies for vulnerable populations 2. Conducting follow-ups and periodic reports with authorities 3. Implementation of workshops for substitute families and beneficiaries **We Are Looking for You!!** **If You Are a Male Psychologist** The objective is to identify and recognize social issues, designing action strategies to modify the social reality of children, adolescents, youth, families, and/or support networks under this modality. ***Some of the activities to be performed include:*** 1\. Conduct follow-ups and periodic reports with administrative authorities 2\. Support the recruitment and selection process of Substitute Families 3\. Conduct home visits or visits to zonal centers 4\. Develop, schedule, and implement workshops for substitute families and beneficiaries 5\. Support substitute mothers in managing documentation procedures 6\. Support the program coordination team. 7\. Coordinate with administrative authorities on all matters related to beneficiaries' health barriers. 8\. And others. **Requirements:** \- Mandatory: One year or more of certified professional experience working with vulnerable populations (post-graduation). \- Excellent attitude and service orientation \- Strong writing and spelling skills for report preparation \- Technical knowledge of the care modalities employed by the Colombian Institute for Family Welfare (ICBF) \- Individual, group, and family counseling \- Time management, teamwork, dynamism, and agility \- Sensitive, respectful, and humanized treatment toward children, adolescents, youth, and their families **What We Offer?** Technical capacity building Stable Service Provision Contract In-person work schedule from Monday to Friday, occasionally one Saturday per month.
