




Job Summary: Supports food preparation in hot and cold kitchens, prepares salads, sauces, side dishes, and maintains order, cleanliness, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support in preparing hot and cold kitchen dishes. 2. Handling mise en place, sauces, salads, and plating. 3. Emphasis on hygiene, GMP, and product rotation. Perform mise en place and preparation of raw materials. Support food preparation in hot and cold kitchens. Prepare salads, sauces, side dishes, and basic preparations. Support cooking, frying, baking, and plating processes. Maintain order and cleanliness at workstations and equipment. Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Verify expiration dates and product rotation. Report shortages, damages, or issues to the head chef. Follow recipes, portion sizes, and established standards. Support proper storage of food and supplies. Wash and disinfect assigned utensils, equipment, and areas.
