Availability for full-time work with flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields. English: Conversational level, B2 or higher. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles. · Key Responsibilities: Manage reservations and confirm customer requests. Provide personalized service to domestic and international customers. Coordinate table availability and seating arrangements. Support administrative and operational processes of the restaurant. Follow up on special requests and ensure an excellent service experience. Maintain constant communication with the operational team to ensure smooth service flow. · What We’re Looking For: Experience in reservation management within restaurants, hospitality, or call centers. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Excellent personal presentation and proactive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
