KNOWLEDGE Cleaning: High-glass cleaning, parking lot sweeping • Cleaning of high structures (trusses, lamps, ducts, channels) • Basic electricity: ballast replacement, light bulbs, outlets, switches, timer repairs, telephone cable repairs. • Masonry: surface repair, plastering, painting, drywall repair, replacement of suspended ceiling panels, signboard repair and placement. • Plumbing: unclogging traps, unclogging residential sewer boxes, maintenance of septic tanks, unclogging toilets, sink repairs; PVC pipe joining (fittings, elbows from ½ inch up to 4 inches). • Gardening: lawn mowing, pruning of shrubs up to 1.50 meters, removal of dry leaves, soil turning, fertilizer application to shrubs, fungicide application to shrubs. • Machinery and tool operation: inherent to the job. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum: High school diploma (7th grade or higher, verifiable) EXPERIENCE At least 1 year of experience in this position or as a cleaning operator. Labor certificates must be provided. Immediate employment with all statutory benefits.
