We are looking for operational staff eager to grow within one of the most important companies in the industrial sector. Job Objective Perform manual packaging, packing, and stacking of various product references, ensuring quality standards and production continuity. Main Responsibilities Carry out manual packaging, packing, and stacking of finished products. Supply materials and consumables to production line machines. Conduct visual quality inspections. Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work area and tools. Support basic equipment maintenance. Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies. Requirements Education: High school graduate. Experience: Minimum 6 months in operational roles (preferably in production plants). Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset. ? Working Conditions Salary: $2.435.110 + all statutory benefits. Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts, Sunday to Sunday (44 hours per week), with a compensatory day off.
