We are looking for an **organized, dynamic, proactive, results-oriented individual with experience in personnel selection.** Responsibilities * Posting job vacancies on various recruitment channels. * Sourcing, screening, and pre-selecting candidates. * Conducting telephone and in-person interviews. * Validating candidate profiles according to the requirements of each vacancy. * Coordinating interviews and selection processes. * Requesting and verifying candidate documentation. * Following up with candidates throughout the process. * Supporting vacancy fulfillment and achievement of performance indicators. * Keeping the candidate database up to date. Requirements * Technical, technological, or university degree in **Human Talent, Psychology, Administration, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in selection processes**. * Preferred experience in **mass recruitment and temporary staffing companies**. * Proficiency in office tools and job portals. * Excellent communication, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
