Support in hiring and Human Talent welfare processes Payroll Analyst \- Bogota. **EyC Engineers** Job Description At EyC Engineers, we are looking for a **Payroll Analyst** with experience in comprehensive payroll process management and knowledge of other Human Talent processes. The primary focus of this role is to ensure accurate payroll calculation and administration while guaranteeing compliance with current labor regulations. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and execute payroll processing for employees. * Calculate payroll adjustments: overtime, surcharges, disabilities, vacations, leaves, and other related items. * Perform contract settlements and social benefits calculations. * Manage affiliations, withdrawals, and updates with the social security system. * Verify and ensure timely payment of social security and parafiscal contributions. * Generate payroll-related reports and management indicators. * Support hiring, onboarding, and induction processes. * Assist in welfare activities, document management, and other Human Talent processes. * Maintain up-to-date employee labor documentation. Requirements * Technician or professional degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Human Talent Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum one (1\) year of payroll management experience.** * Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation, social security, and social benefits. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Desirable additional experience in Human Talent processes (recruitment, hiring, welfare, Occupational Health and Safety [SST], or document management). * Organized, analytical, detail-oriented individual with high confidentiality in handling information.
