Job Summary: Operate coating machines, apply protective insulation to cables, perform quality control, detect defects, and carry out basic maintenance. Interpret blueprints and apply processes such as welding. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of specialized machinery (coating machines, wire drawing machines) 2. Quality control and defect detection in the product 3. Basic equipment maintenance and compliance with safety regulations Operate coating machines (extruders). Apply protective insulation to the cable. Monitor coating thickness and quality. Detect insulation defects. Perform basic equipment maintenance. Interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Prepare materials and surfaces. Apply processes such as welding. Verify joint strength and quality. Comply with industrial safety regulations. Operate wire drawing machines. Control material diameter reduction. Supervise wire or cable quality. Lubricate and adjust dies.
