We have a committed team of professionals and state-of-the-art infrastructure to ensure the highest service standards. **Job Objective:** The **Workshop Supervisor** will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the preventive and corrective maintenance program for the vehicle fleet assigned to the branch. Their role will be essential in guaranteeing vehicle operationality, safety, and efficiency, minimizing downtime and optimizing available resources. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical workshop activities. * Ensure timely and efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the vehicle fleet. * Perform accurate diagnostics of mechanical and electrical failures, and supervise their repair. * Manage spare parts and supplies inventory, ensuring stock availability and control. * Supervise technical staff under their charge and assign tasks. * Prepare and analyze maintenance reports, management indicators, and associated costs. * Keep vehicle maintenance records up to date. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of two (2\) years of proven experience supervising mechanical workshops, preferably in transportation or logistics fleets. * **Academic Qualification:** Technical or Technological degree in Automotive Mechanics, Heavy Machinery Maintenance, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of diesel and gasoline mechanics, automotive electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and braking systems.
