Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and furniture, ensuring proper operation and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. 2. Carry out basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, and painting. 3. Ensure the proper functioning of electrical and hydraulic equipment. We require personnel for our team to work as a Preventive and Corrective Facility Maintenance Assistant, with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in this role, preferably in the hotel or related building sector. MAINTENANCE STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and furniture. * Daily inspection of rooms, common areas, offices, and other company premises. * Carry out basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and locksmithing as required. * Promptly report major damages or issues requiring specialized intervention. * Ensure the proper functioning of electrical, hydraulic, and household appliances. * Maintain control and proper use of assigned tools, materials, and supplies for maintenance tasks. * Respond to maintenance requests reported by various departments of the company or hotel. * Assist in assembling, relocating, or adapting furniture and equipment. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations during task execution. * Conduct periodic inspections to prevent infrastructure damage or hazards. * Complete maintenance forms, reports, or logs when required. * Support emergency situations involving facility or technical damage. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to this position.
