Job Summary: We are seeking an operational assistant to support operational and logistical activities, ensuring order, cleanliness, and proper handling of tools and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Development of skills in handling manual and electric tools. **OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT** We are looking for an operational assistant who will support the company's operational activities, ensuring compliance with assigned processes related to order, cleanliness, and proper handling of tools, materials, and work equipment. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support company operational and logistical tasks. * Perform loading, unloading, and organization of materials. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Assist with tool and equipment handling. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. **SKILLS** * Basic proficiency in using manual tools (hammers, wrenches, pliers, etc.). * Operation of equipment such as polishers, grinders, and sanders. * Organized handling and storage of materials. * Ability to follow oral and written instructions. * Capacity to collaborate in team settings with various technical roles (welders, painters, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS** * Academic level: High school diploma (preferably). * Experience: 1 year in operational positions. * Basic knowledge of manual and electric tool handling. * Teamwork ability and capacity to follow instructions. **COMPETENCIES** * Responsibility * Punctuality * Teamwork * Commitment * Proactivity **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Salary: **$1\.750\.905** \+ Transportation allowance and statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday, 7:00 AM–1:15 PM; Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM. Occasional additional Saturday hours and Sunday work may apply. Workplace: On-site employment
