Your mission will be to coordinate commercial operations, strengthen customer relationships, and lead the sales team, ensuring target achievement and business growth. We invite you to apply and join our team! Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the commercial management of the sales team. Lead commercial teams focused on achieving targets. Drive business growth in B2B environments. Strengthen relationships with strategic customers and partners. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Completed undergraduate studies. Postgraduate studies in sales, marketing, or related areas are desirable (currently pursuing or planned). Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or coordination roles within B2B commercial areas. Experience leading teams of at least 5 people. Experience in consultative sales and corporate B2B relationship management. Experience in technology, ERP software, or enterprise services is desirable. Must reside in Medellín or nearby municipalities within the metropolitan area. Leadership, negotiation, communication, and results-oriented skills. Working Conditions: Work Location: Medellín, Antioquia. Work Modality: On-site. Availability for national and international travel. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience.
