Key Responsibilities: Shelf management and organization Product rotation Strategic display to drive sales Inventory tracking and restocking in stores and supermarkets You will work with one of the world’s leading companies in general lighting for professionals and consumers, renowned for its LED luminaires, advanced lamps, and smart home solutions. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a merchandiser or in related roles Employment Conditions: * Salary: COP $2,500,000 + statutory benefits * Transportation allowance: COP $250,000 * Guaranteed commissions for the first 3 months; thereafter based on a defined commission table. Working Hours: Sunday to Sunday, with 1 weekday off, totaling 44 working hours per week.
