We are currently seeking a senior operator A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires senior operators for its wastewater treatment plant team. We seek personnel with strong physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and handle materials. Responsibilities: Assemble, commission, operate, and maintain water supply and distribution networks, as well as install and maintain sanitation networks, ensuring required quality and safety standards and compliance with current regulations. Start up and commission wastewater treatment plants. Ensure proper functioning and operation of wastewater treatment plants. Perform basic repairs on plants when required. Prepare chemicals for operational use. Maintain operational records using formats assigned by the supervisor and/or operations coordinator. Conduct inventory control of chemicals and consumables. Measure control parameters according to established frequencies for each plant. Conduct jar tests (pH, turbidity, color) to determine optimal dosages of chemicals used at the treatment plant. Collect composite samples at designated locations during the operational shift for verification of established water quality parameters, to be analyzed in an external laboratory and/or on-site. Carry out metrology plan activities for laboratory equipment used on-site. Required Education: Technician in Sanitation, Technician in Environmental Control, or Technician in Chemistry. Experience: Minimum (1) year of experience operating water treatment plants. Salary: $2,150,000 + statutory transportation allowance + statutory benefits + additional mobility allowance of $350,000.
