Ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time delivery compliance A reputable company in the logistics and warehousing sector is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to strengthen its team in Girardota. The ideal candidate possesses leadership abilities, results orientation, and experience in logistics processes and operational staff management. Main Responsibilities: 1. Ensure inventory accuracy through stock counts and audits. 2. Optimize logistics operations in receiving, picking, and dispatch processes. 3. Lead and supervise operational staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. 4. Monitor on-time delivery performance and operational efficiency in the warehouse. Salary: 1 to 2 minimum monthly legal wages (SMMLV). Overtime pay, night shift surcharges, social benefits, and corporate transportation from Niquía station. Required Education: Technical or university degree in logistics or related fields. Required Experience: 12 months of experience supervising logistics operations and managing operational staff. Contract Type: Project-based. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts. Sunday to Sunday: 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM.
