Job Summary: SAGER seeks an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Apprentice to support the implementation of the Annual Work Plan and the OSH Management System (OSH-MS) in the automotive sector, providing hands-on training and mentoring. At **SAGER**, we aim to enhance your profile and support your professional growth within the automotive sector. **Who are we looking for?** * An **active student** pursuing a Technical or Technological program in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * **Eligible** to immediately begin an Apprenticeship Contract (SENA or accredited institutions). * **Computer skills:** Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word. * **Key competencies:** Attention to detail, proactivity, and genuine passion for people’s well-being. **Your Challenges and Learning (Responsibilities):** You will directly support the implementation of the **Annual Work Plan**, aligned with **Law 1562 of 2012** and **Decree 1072 of 2015**: * Support updating and controlling OSH-MS documentation. * Assist in safety and occupational well-being trainings and inspections. * Support induction and re-induction processes. * Actively participate in the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee (COPASST) and internal committees. * Support incident and risk reporting and investigation. **What do we offer?** * **Real and practical training** at an automotive-sector company. * **Direct mentoring** to strengthen your professional competencies. * **Excellent organizational climate** focused on care and teamwork. **Position Information** * **Contract Type:** Apprenticeship Contract. * **Work Location:** Sector 7 de Agosto – Bogotá.
