Position Summary: Senior professional to design and implement enterprise solutions on Oracle Cloud, integrating architecture, AI, and development in Java and Python, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implementation of enterprise solutions on Oracle Cloud (OCI). 2. Integration of architecture, AI, Java, and Python for comprehensive solutions. 3. Leadership in technical reviews and mentoring of junior profiles. At Gencell, we are seeking two Solutions Architects: (1) Junior and (1) Senior. **Position Description:** Location: Bogotá, Álamos office, near Portal el Dorado. Work Mode: Hybrid. First two months of probation period are 100% on-site. Indefinite-term contract, Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week. Saturday availability if required. Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience. Job Objective: * Senior professional with solid experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), combining expertise in architecture, artificial intelligence, and Java and Python development. Capable of designing comprehensive solutions integrating infrastructure, applications, and intelligent automation, ensuring performance, security, and scalability in hybrid or multicloud environments. Design native cloud and hybrid architectures in OCI, including AI (Agents, Chats, ML, etc.). Develop backend components and services in Java and Python. * Define cloud secure development guidelines and best practices. * Lead technical reviews and mentor junior profiles. * Optimize infrastructure and code for performance and cost-efficiency. * Collaborate with DevOps and security teams on deployments. * Document solutions and architectures. * Support the organization’s technological innovation. Requirements * Graduate in Systems Engineering or related field. OCI Architect Professional certification. * 5+ years of relevant experience.
