An Asian restaurant located in the north of Bogotá is seeking a **Waitress / Hostess** to manage reservations, greet and seat customers, delivering an exceptional service experience. **Responsibilities:** \- Reservation management \- Greeting and seating customers, guiding and advising them. \- Assisting with order taking, payment processing, and card terminal operation. \- Supporting table service and other operational tasks. **Requirements:** **\-Minimum 1 year's experience** (certified) in similar positions. \-Punctual, agile, respectful individual with strong memory retention and excellent customer service skills. \-Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly. \-Basic proficiency in **Excel and Word.** **\-** Knowledge of **shoe polish application** and table service protocol. **Schedule:** **Monday to Saturday:** 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 / 10:00 p.m. (kitchen closing time) *Includes 1-hour lunch break.* *Sunday (day off)* **Public holiday Monday:** 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. **We Offer:** **Salary:** Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) \+ transportation allowance \+ social benefits \+ tips ($400\.000 \- $1\.000\.000\) Average monthly income: $2\.300\.000 to $2\.800\.000 **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract, directly with the company. ⚠ **Important:** Do not apply if the location or schedule does not match your availability.
