Job Summary: We are seeking a high school graduate with experience in industrial washing, kitchen and utensil disinfection, chemical handling, and knowledge of cold and hot kitchen operations for cleaning and service support tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with industrial washing machines and kitchen disinfection. 2. Knowledge of cold and hot kitchen operations. 3. Cleaning and disinfection tasks for gastronomic tableware. Profile: Academic high school diploma; experience with industrial washing machines, kitchen area disinfection, washing and disinfection of utensils, hoods, kettles, crockery, and chemical usage; knowledge of cold and hot kitchen operations; food handling training. Responsibilities * Washing, cleaning, and disinfection of gastronomic tableware and support in various service activities. * Daily grease trap cleaning following biosafety protocols, performing respective cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection procedures in any dirty areas, and maintaining the kitchen in optimal condition. * Adherence to scheduled working hours – shifts according to the monthly schedule. * Reporting incidents to the immediate coordinator.
