Development of skills in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, and high-volume food handling A major multinational company is currently seeking **Kitchen Assistants** with more than **6 months of experience**, demonstrating excellent performance across various production and service areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Support and assist in food preparation, stocking the service line, washing tableware and utensils, and cleaning the work area, ensuring efficient service delivery. * Perform cutting, washing, and disinfection of fruits and vegetables, ensuring product safety. * Prepare foods for menu item production: soups, salads, and main dishes, ensuring adequate supply. * Review the menu for breakfast preparation, verifying quantities, ingredients, and hot beverages. * Wash kitchen utensils and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and disinfection of the preparation area. * Stock the service line with required foods to ensure uninterrupted service. * Perform cleaning and disinfection of machinery, floors, and walls to maintain hygiene in the area. **Required Knowledge** * Hot kitchen operations * Cold kitchen operations * Buffet-style service line (customer-facing service) * Tableware washing * Pot and utensil washing * Basic high-volume food preparation techniques * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed primary education * Excellent personal presentation * Teamwork skills * Experience in sectors such as: * Restaurants * Hotels * Food casinos **Employment Conditions** * Salary: **$1\.750\.905** \+ statutory benefits * Availability to work **rotating shifts** If you meet the requirements and wish to join a dynamic team, **we look forward to your application!** Workplace: On-site employment
