Food handling certification. Certified experience in the role of Kitchen Assistant. **Job Responsibilities:** Supporting frontline user, student, and staff service. Providing cafeteria support as required. Ensuring a safe and orderly work environment. Actively collaborating with the team in food production and service. Performing tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, measuring, mixing, toasting, and heating ingredients related to food preparation. **Ingredient Preparation:** Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to established recipes. **Customer Service:** Receiving orders, addressing inquiries, and dispatching products. **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Keeping work areas, equipment, and utensils clean. **Quality Control:** Ensuring products meet established quality standards. Conducting daily and monthly inventories of raw materials and finished products. Supporting and assisting with school events.
