Purpose of the Role Ensure agile, flawless, and consistent preparation of beverages and kitchen support, elevating the experience of premium customers through attention to detail, presentation, and care in every delivery. Key Responsibilities \-Prepare coffees, specialty drinks, and blends with impeccable presentation \-Create experiences aligned with the clinic’s premium customers \-Support at the bar with basic mixology and house beverages \-Operate at cold and hot stations as needed \-Assist in plating following high-quality standards \-Maintain order, cleanliness, and harmony in the workplace \-Promptly report incidents and supply needs \-Meet delivery timelines without compromising quality Ideal Candidate Profile \-Agility and strong organizational skills \-Attention to detail and appreciation for aesthetics \-Proactive attitude \-Teamwork capability \-Positive energy throughout the shift \-Operational discipline and orderliness \-Focus on service and premium experience Preferred Experience \-Minimum 6 months in premium restaurants, cafes, or hotels \-Experience at the bar and/or in the kitchen Conditions Work Mode: On-site City: Bogotá (North Zone) Schedule: Full-time Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Current legal minimum wage \+ all statutory benefits Work Location: On-site employment
