This position is located in Barrancabermeja within the Established Pharmaceutical Products (EPD) division.

**What You’ll Do**
Ensure proper execution of the company’s commercial strategies at points of sale (POS), actively promoting new product launches and the overall product portfolio, strengthening relationships with pharmacy staff, and ensuring effective implementation of commercial initiatives to support achievement of sales objectives and brand positioning.
**Required Qualifications**
* Technician, technologist, or student in administrative, commercial, marketing, health-related, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience conducting pharmacy visits, point-of-sale execution, or related commercial roles.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
* Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Results-oriented with focus on achieving performance metrics.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or personal care industries.
* Familiarity with independent pharmacies and pharmacy chain channels.
* Experience implementing, monitoring, and auditing commercial strategies at the point of sale.
* Knowledge of commercial execution metrics, product display, and inventory turnover.
* Ability to develop and deliver commercial training and presentations at points of sale.
* Analytical skills to identify business opportunities and propose action plans.
