Possess self-control, decision-making ability, excellent customer service skills, problem-solving ability, achievement orientation, and communication skills. Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) plus all statutory benefits, plus monthly commissions; additionally, quarterly bonuses are provided for meeting budgeted targets, along with extra payments each month covering the quarter.
