Ensure order and cleanliness are maintained across all assigned facility areas, complying with quality standards. a. Ensure and maintain effective cleaning of all work areas and common areas—such as hallways, locker rooms, offices, etc.—in accordance with the assigned location’s physical layout. b. Maintain cleanliness and order across all areas to control the proliferation of microorganisms or diseases that could affect various food preparations. c. Ensure effective utilization of supplies and materials within the production center by the employee’s work team. d. Ensure order and cleanliness across all GCG areas at the assigned location, meeting the client’s specifications for food service as stipulated in the contract for that location. 2\. Ensure all GCG food-handling work areas remain in optimal condition, complying with quality standards: a. Ensure any tool or utensil used for food production is clean and disinfected prior to use by GCG staff. b. Ensure all equipment/machinery located in the production area meets the cleaning and disinfection conditions specified in GCG’s cleaning and disinfection program. c. Execute cleaning and disinfection processes and procedures in the production area, adhering to pre-established requirements for quality, food safety, and occupational safety. Ensure proper care of production and service work tools (tableware) to prevent disruptions in food preparation and service, thereby avoiding additional costs due to breakage of tableware. 3\. Ensure GCG’s prescribed cleaning and disinfection processes are fully implemented to safeguard the well-being of all employees and individuals present on company premises. a. Ensure appropriate handling and collection of waste from GCG production areas, following the designated sanitary route. b. Classify waste by separately bagging organic waste, paper, and solid materials. c. Implement and apply the relevant strategies and actions of the Quality Management System according to GCG’s respective areas. d. Actively participate in all scheduled cleaning campaigns. e. Ensure proper usage (dosage) of chemicals provided by the company to avoid excess costs, damage, and health hazards to employees, colleagues, or any third parties involved. 4\. Comply with quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): a. Comply with quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards, processes, and procedures. b. Adhere to the cleaning and disinfection schedule established for your work location. c. Timely complete all forms established by the Quality Department to meet internal or external audit requirements. d. Maintain food safety conditions for all products in distribution. e. Always maintain and hand over your work area in good condition regarding order, cleanliness, and disinfection. f. Properly use assigned uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). 5\. Foster a safe working environment for all: a. Maintain positive interpersonal relationships within the work team. b. Take care of assigned work equipment and materials. c. Adhere to assigned working hours and promptly report emergencies, medical leaves, or leave requests. d. Comply with the Internal Regulations (RIT), company policies and procedures, and report any act that may lead to non-compliance with such policies. e. Promote adherence to company-established norms, programs, and policies within your work team. f. Attend scheduled trainings and meetings punctually.
