Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Systems Technician or Technologist to provide in-person and rotational technical support to clients in IT infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Real opportunities for professional growth A technology-sector company is looking for a Systems Technician or Technologist with a minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience to deliver in-person and rotational technical support to clients. We require a punctual, responsible, and proactive individual with the ability to work autonomously, sound technical judgment for incident handling and escalation, and adaptability to diverse corporate and technological environments. **Responsibilities:** * Register, document, and track incidents in GLPI. * Diagnose and resolve hardware (PCs, printers, servers), software (Windows, Linux, macOS), and LAN/WiFi network incidents. * Support and assist end users, providing assistance on applications, services, and equipment. * Install, update, and monitor antivirus software; perform basic threat scanning; and apply security controls. * Create, configure, and maintain virtual machines (Proxmox/VMware). * Monitor servers, data backups, internal networks, and critical services. * Provide basic support for IP telephony (3CX, Asterisk, or others). * Perform basic Active Directory administration (users, groups, policies, permissions). * Support servers, NAS devices, firewalls, networks, and other critical infrastructure services. **Requirements** * Technician or Technologist degree in Systems. * Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in IT infrastructure. * Knowledge of Windows, Linux, basic networking, and helpdesk tools. * Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills. **Working Conditions** * Salary: COP 2,000,000 + statutory benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (on-site); every Saturday, 8:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (remote) * Contract: Fixed-term, renewable based on performance * Real opportunities for professional growth Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
