




Job Summary: Support administrative procurement and contracting processes by managing purchase orders, contracts, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in procurement and contract management. 2. Proficiency in ERP systems (SINCO) and office tools. 3. Knowledge of SAGRILAFT and procurement processes. Technologist degree in Administration or Civil Works (or related programs), minimum 1 year of experience, and complementary training in SINCO (preferred). Complementary training: ERP or enterprise management software (SINCO ERP preferred), SAGRILAFT / SARLAFT, office tools (Intermediate-to-advanced Excel). Responsibilities: Support the administrative processes of the procurement and contracting department by timely and efficient management of purchase orders, work orders, contracts, and supplier administration within the SINCO information system, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current regulations on risk management and contracting. * Drafting and preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and work orders * Supplier registration and management in the system * Implementation of SAGRILAFT (Self-Control and Risk Management System) * Analysis of price comparisons and quotations * Knowledge of public and/or private procurement processes * Proficiency in Excel (tables, filters, comparisons) Workplace: On-site employment
