Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician or Technologist, or a related professional, for the position of Quality Assistant, responsible for sampling, preparation of supplies, and equipment verification in a food company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Keep sampling and processing utensils clean and sterilized. 2. Conduct sampling of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. 3. Support the quality management system, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety. A food-sector company requires a **Quality Technician or Technologist, Quality Control Technician, Food Processing Technician, or a related professional** to fill the position of **Quality Assistant**. Main Responsibilities: * Maintain cleanliness, disinfection, and sterilization (where applicable) of utensils used for sampling and sample processing. * Conduct sampling of raw materials, in-process products, finished products, personnel, surfaces, and environments, following the company's established protocols. * Prepare daily the spaces, materials, and supplies required for microbiological and physicochemical sample processing. * Prepare and verify supplies such as culture media, pH buffers, concentration standards, and cleaning agents. * Verify the proper operation and condition of equipment used in daily activities, including pH meters, viscometers, refractometers, moisture analyzers, laboratory balances, sterilization ovens, and incubators. * Support activities related to the quality management system, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety. * Perform other duties assigned by the Quality Department.
