Position Objective Ensure proper management of the company's financial resources through income and expenditure control, bank account management, payment scheduling, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring, thereby ensuring liquidity, obligation compliance, and reliability of financial information. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts. * Schedule payments to suppliers, payroll, taxes, and other financial obligations. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Record financial transactions in the accounting system. * Monitor bank accounts and available balances. * Manage transfers, electronic payments, and checks. * Verify supporting documentation for payments. * Track due dates of financial obligations. * Administer online banking portals. * Support accounting and financial closing processes. * Prepare treasury reports. * Support internal and external audits. * Manage advances and expense validations. * Validate collections and deposits. * Coordinate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement departments. Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields. * Technologist with relevant experience is also acceptable.
