At **Cardif Colombia**, the Human Resources Vice Presidency is opening a call for our new **Learning and Development Specialist** to join our Human Talent team and lead the transformation of our training strategies, aligned with business objectives and our employees’ needs. **This is your opportunity if:** * You want to boost your career in a dynamic environment with international projection. * You are motivated to design growth paths for others and contribute to internal mobility. * You seek a role with strategic impact on the organization’s learning experience. **Role Objective:** To design, implement, and manage **comprehensive learning and development strategies** that strengthen our teams’ competencies, close knowledge gaps, and promote internal mobility, using innovative methodologies (including digital tools and AI). **Your Key Responsibilities:** **(1) Strategic Design:** * Develop curriculum frameworks by business area and need, in collaboration with functional leaders. * Identify training gaps through diagnostics and design solutions aligned with required competencies. **(2) Execution and Monitoring:** * Plan and lead the annual training plan (internal/external), defining objectives, methodologies (in-person/digital/hybrid), timelines, and impact indicators. * Ensure compliance with mandatory trainings (local and Head Office) and their follow-up. **(3) Talent Development:** * Design and manage individual development plans and internal mobility pathways, identifying growth opportunities within the company. * Support the performance management cycle, linking training to individual and organizational goals. **Innovation and Technology:** * Lead the digital democratization strategy, leveraging technological tools and AI to scale learning. * Administer and optimize the continuous learning ecosystem (LMS platforms, digital resources, etc.). **What Are We Looking for in You?** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. **Key Knowledge:** * Instructional design and learning methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, microlearning, etc.). * Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Docebo) and digital tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.). * Trends in organizational learning and digital learning methodologies (gamification, mobile learning, etc.). * Advanced English (mandatory for alignment with global standards). **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in Training, Development, or Organizational Learning areas. * Experience in developing curriculum frameworks, training plans, and professional growth pathways. * Preferred: knowledge of AI tools applied to learning (e.g., chatbots, content recommenders). **Soft Skills:** * Results orientation and analytical capability. * Assertive communication and collaborative work with multiple stakeholders. * Creativity to design innovative and scalable solutions. **At BNP Paribas Cardif, we believe continuous learning is the key to transforming lives.
