We are looking for a Capacity Development Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in roles related to data, automation, BI, or process improvement. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields. Mission: To support the company in identifying, designing, and implementing digitalization and process automation initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure more agile, standardized, and sustainable processes, and facilitating data-driven decision-making through high-quality information. Responsibilities: * Analyze processes across various company departments through information gathering and data analysis. * Design and support implementation of technological solutions using tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft platforms. * Manage and structure information and data via databases and analytical models to ensure information quality, traceability, and availability. * Propose new technologies for implementation within the company to strengthen digital capabilities and ensure strategic technological growth. Knowledge: Programming fundamentals (preferably Python). Data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI or others). Intermediate Excel proficiency. Basic understanding of business processes. Microsoft Syntex (desirable). Databases and SQL language (SQL Server preferred). Power Apps / Power Automate or other automation tools. Experience with information capture tools or form design. Salary: $4,500,000 – $5,000,000 + statutory benefits Indefinite-term contract.
