In this position, you will help drive the creation and integration of innovative Salesforce solutions that improve customer interactions and streamline operations. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver impactful projects that support organizational growth and transformation. **Responsibilities** * Support the migration from Genesys Contact Center to NiCE, ensuring a smooth transition and system integration * Design and enhance workflows in Salesforce to optimize business operations * Implement workforce management tools to boost efficiency and resource utilization * Develop and maintain evaluation modules for monitoring and assessing performance * Connect Salesforce with customer chat systems and booking platforms to improve user engagement and accessibility **Requirements** * At least 2 years of practical experience in Salesforce development * Skilled in Salesforce Sales Cloud for handling sales processes and customer data * Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including customization, integration, and automation * English communication skills at B2\+ level or higher, both written and spoken **Nice to have** * Experience with Genesys for contact center management * Knowledge of NICE Nexidia for analytics and customer interaction tracking
