This area provides ongoing support to the Accounting Management, Business Management, and Commercial Area, accompanying fiduciary operations from a technical and control perspective, contributing to sound decision-making and compliance with supervisory authority requirements. **Junior-level and mid-level positions** actively participate in executing fiduciary accounting processes, assuming operational and analytical responsibilities with varying degrees of autonomy depending on experience and seniority. Responsibilities: * Record non-monetary transactions for assigned fiduciary businesses. * Prepare and analyze accounting reconciliations and validate account balances. * Conduct reasonableness analyses and controls over accounting accounts. * Supervise and ensure timely payments to suppliers of the Funds. * Plan, prepare, and submit reports required by supervisory authorities, strictly adhering to regulatory deadlines. * Ensure timely response to accounting and tax-related requests from various internal departments. * Ensure financial statements accurately reflect the accounting and financial position of the Managed Funds. * Verify and ensure correct and timely submission of financial statements to the Regulator. * Support Accounting Management in designing, updating, and documenting accounting processes and policies under IFRS standards. * Validate and promote proper application of accounting policies aligned with IFRS. * Accompany and provide technical accounting support to the Commercial Area and Business Management in fiduciary operations. The depth of analysis, level of responsibility, and decision-making authority will depend on the position level (junior or mid-level). Requirements: * Professional degree in **Public Accounting**. * **Professional License** (desirable, depending on position level). * Minimum **2 years of experience in the fiduciary sector** (mandatory requirement). * Experience in accounting areas related to funds, trusts, or fiduciary businesses.
