Specific Objectives: Provide support in document management and organization of physical and digital files. Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Perform follow-up and updating of departmental databases. Support preparation of administrative and HR reports. Contribute to employee support and internal request management. Support wellness and organizational culture activities EXPECTED RESULTS – DELIVERABLES Updated and organized departmental databases. Structured physical and digital filing system, ensuring easy access and information traceability. Documented support in recruitment processes (resumé screening, candidate scheduling, candidate follow-up). Periodic administrative and human capital management reports. Record and tracking of activities performed during the internship. Support in executing wellness and organizational culture activities. Timely handling of internal requests, with proper follow-up and closure. APPRENTICE RESPONSIBILITIES OR FUNCTIONS Support departmental document management, ensuring correct filing and organization of information. Perform database updating and follow-up.
