This role integrates business vision, technological understanding, and a user-experience focus, contributing to the development of solutions such as international payments, liquidity management, and cash management via digital channels (online banking, corporate portals, and APIs). **Academic Qualifications** * Professional degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Systems, or related fields. **Experience** * Between **1 and 3 years** in product, project, or business-related roles (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar). * Experience or interest in banking, fintech, or digital products is desirable. * Experience working with teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is valued. **Technical Knowledge** * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Backlog management and requirement definition. * Collaborative tools (Jira, Miro, Figma, or similar). * Basic concepts of the banking ecosystem (payments, APIs, integrations). * Tracking product metrics (usage, adoption, feedback). * Knowledge of digital channels (online banking, portals, APIs). **Skills and Competencies** * Customer orientation. * Analytical ability and problem-structuring skills. * Effective communication with technical and business teams. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Teamwork in agile environments. * Adaptability to dynamic environments. * Curiosity and interest in digital innovation and fintech. *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
