In keeping with Global66’s culture, you will also autonomously identify improvements and take ownership of addressing them. **Key responsibilities include:** * Developing fast, seamless software using the frameworks and technologies employed at Global66\. * Participating in technical decisions regarding technologies, APIs, partners, data models, etc. * Delivering and supporting production systems with high responsiveness and autonomy. * Participating in large-scale, long-term projects **This is an AI-First role.** We aim to transform Global66 into an AI-First company. The Software Developer role is a key component of this transformation: by deeply integrating AI tools, we expect to increase our delivery capacity by up to 5x. The Global66 Software Developer must deeply incorporate AI tools into daily work: code generation via autocomplete, code generation via Vibecoding, unit test generation, functional testing with usage simulation, and more. We are building a centralized AI architecture to make code generation increasingly automatic—allowing developers to focus on high-value activities such as code review, optimization, and strategic technical decisions. ### **What We’re Looking For** * Graduate of Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering in Informatics, or a related field * Minimum 1 year of software development experience * Technological mindset: understanding of foundational tech concepts such as models, concurrency, Git, APIs, etc. ### **Benefits** We are a high-performance team—which means being here means being among the best.
