




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate IT services, leading technological operations, ensuring SLA compliance, and managing teams and clients. Key Highlights: 1. Manage technical and support teams We are looking for a professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields, ideally with specialization in Service Management, Projects, or Technology, to serve as an IT Services Coordinator at a technology service channel company. You must have a minimum of two (2\) years of verifiable experience coordinating IT service areas, client management, and ANS (SLA) governance, as well as experience in service transition from pre-sales to operations. Your main responsibilities and duties will include: * Lead the operation of technology services * Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs * Manage technical and support teams * Coordinate service transition from pre-sales * Define and optimize service processes * Manage client relationships during operations * Support pre-sales in service structuring * Implement IT projects * Administer company platforms * Administer and control internal inventories (hardware and software) * Deploy proof-of-concepts (POCs) per pre-sales department requests Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm Salary: $ 4\.000\.000 to $ 4\.500\.000 depending on experience and expertise Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
