Iron Mountain seeks a University IT Intern majoring in Systems Engineering — motivated and technically capable — to join our Operations team in Bogotá. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical activities in document management projects and electronic document digitization processes, ensuring the integrity of our customers' information. Our team focuses on transforming physical information management into strategic digital assets, leveraging cutting-edge technology to ensure operational efficiency. In this role, you will: Provide support to internal and external users Provide hardware and software support Manage asset inventory Actively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize processing of electronic and physical documents. · The ideal candidate will have: Solid knowledge of Excel, office productivity tools, and electronic document management systems.
