Agility, automation, and descriptive and advanced analytics **PURPOSE / MISSION** ---------------------- Implement digital transformation initiatives and projects, as well as maintenance and enhancement of technology required in operations to leverage business results **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Develop technological and analytical solutions to support digital transformation development under guidelines and policies defined by Grupo Nutresa * Develop and/or scale technical, functional, and support requirements to support operations and ensure the availability of information systems under guidelines and policies defined by Grupo Nutresa * Provide user support according to agreed service levels to ensure information systems availability and operation * Train users and monitor the use of technological tools to ensure knowledge transfer, adoption, and management * Track license status and generate reports for decision-making * Monitor budget execution and generate reports for decision-making * Monitor service level compliance to ensure information systems availability * Document implemented solution development (analytical models, RPAs, automations, and architecture modifications) to ensure solution sustainability and knowledge transfer * Apply defined quality, environmental, and occupational risk management standards, norms, and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with current legal, business, and Grupo Nutresa requirements. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** ------------------------------- * Agility * Automation and RPA * Descriptive and advanced analytics * User experience design **EDUCATION** ------------- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field **EXPERIENCE** --------------- * Minimum 3 years of experience in development roles. Development concepts (Java, JS, or Python) and SQL proficiency. * Demonstrable knowledge in RPAs, AI, analytics, and process automation * Project management and documentation.
